Nadir has over 25 years experience in international development. Nadir has an MBA (UK) in Public Sector Management. He specialises in the strategic management of public sector organisations, change management and implementing reforms programmes for municipal agencies in order to improve service delivery. His professional experience includes urban development, municipal management/development, public and social policy analysis and urban infrastructure project management.
