Dina Khan

Sustainable Development Planning

Dina specialises in climate compatible and sustainable development planning. She has 15 years of experience assisting governments and development partners design and enable low carbon growth strategies, climate adaptation, urban resilience, and institutional capacity building. She has also supported legislators in their role to oversee public climate finance expenditure.

Dina’s experience includes 5 years with the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) where she steered multi-country climate change research programs and technical assistance initiatives, and also directed CDKN’s Country Program in Indonesia.   In recent years she has been involved in sub-national governance and urban improvement investment programs led by the Asian Development Bank and other financing agencies engaged in Pakistan.

She has worked with partners across Asia, including in Pakistan, India, Indonesia, and regionally in Central and Southeast Asia.
