Navin Subedi is an experienced programme delivery and Monitoring, Evauation and Learning (MEL) professional based in Kathmandu, Nepal. He has about two decades of experience working with leading I/NGOs and international consultancies overseeing multi-sectoral and multi-thematic programme management.

 

From 2014 to 2019, he was Team Leader of the independent MEL programme of the third phase of the DFID funded Nepal Rural Access Program. He provided technical and managerial inputs to design and implement MEL framework for this DFID funded flagship programme. His role involved extensive engagement with DFID Nepal, Government of Nepal, national and international experts to design and deliver consultancy inputs and capacity building initiatives.

 

Navin represented the MEL component in the high-level national project steering committee chaired Secretary of a federal ministry. He also led a MEL capacity building intervention of a central level agency as part of the same assignment.
