John is an economic expert working at the intersection between energy, climate and development policy. He has almost 20 years’ experience in economic strategy and analysis, the last 10 of which have focused in this core area of interest. Much of his work combines both economic and financial analysis and undertaking economic appraisals.

John has led projects for clients around the world, including a wide range of private sector clients, organisations such as the World Bank, EBRD, EIB, OECD, the United Nations and an array of UK government departments. He has supported clients in relation to a number of high profile multilateral initiatives, including the UN High Level Panels on climate finance and the CDM Policy Dialogue.

John was previously Managing Director at Vivid Economics where he helped the team triple its employees, revenues and profits.
