Josh is a specialist in solid waste management and recycling with sound knowledge of integrated solid waste management planning and delivery, municipal service planning (WASH), and private sector development (market systems and M4P) drawn from postgraduate study, ten years of professional experience and a geographic specialty in East & Southern Africa (EAC, SADC).

 

Josh has a demonstrated ability to design, lead and monitor complex technical programmes, supported by competencies in IT, statistical analysis, environmental auditing and GIS.
