Enrique is a change agent and catalyst on corporate culture transformation and change management. He recently led the cultural transformation of a major telecoms operator into a technology company. He has broad experience in nurturing ethical cultures and in creating robust compliance, legal, business ethics, corporate governance, integrity, social responsibility, sustainability, impact investment and values programs in complex organisations operating in the digital world in Europe and Emerging Markets.

Enrique has more than 28 years of experience in Management and Executive roles in organizations including Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse, Freshfields, Dell, Tyco, Nokia Siemens Networks, Millicom and VimpelCom/VEON (where he was a member of the Management Board). A truly international, multi-lingual, dually qualified lawyer (Spain and England & Wales), he received a PDD by IESE and has participated in Leadership development programs at Stanford and Digital Transformation run by INSEAD. He recently obtained the Financial Times Non-Executive Directors Diploma. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and business schools.
