Dr. Mansoor Ali has more than 32 years of experience in International Development and leads a number of global initiatives in water, sanitation, solid waste management and urban services. This includes advising large donors, programme development, learning, evaluations and research.

 

Starting his first job in 1986, he worked as the advisor to the globally recognised urban slum programme with Orangi Pilot Project in Pakistan, and has since worked on a large number of development projects in 18 developing countries, including Kenya, Ethiopia and Tanzania.

 

He is currently a MEL thematic lead of the UK WASH network, a technical and an advisory board member of Cranfield University postgraduate course in WASH and a WASH technical advisor to WEDC, Loughborough University, UK.
